I brought clinique even better…
I brought clinique even better foundation because of the good reviews,the first 3 days i was really happy with it,it looked great then after that i noticed it dident look so great and my skin was looking more red around my chin and eyes,i was using more to cover up,i woke up and my face and neck was dry flakey i dident realise at the time it was the foundation,2 weeks on and my face is dry flaky itchy,ive got spots and never suffered spots before my neck is dry and itchy i stopped using the foundation and have been plastering moisturiser on my neck and face,my skin is so dry now,this has never happened before with a make up product,im dissapointed concidering all the reviews,
Me, Rosh, Clinique and The Trafford Centre
I went to the Clinque stand in the Trafford Centre on 19th May 2022 as I felt I was looking my age!! I spoke with Rosh who taught me about my skin and planned a skincare routine for me and also a gorgeous look with make up. I was over the moon and bought each product Rosh had recommended. I am now one month on, or thereabouts, and my skin is AMAZING. I love my Clinque products and I love Rosh for putting together a bespoke skin care regime. I now have my confidence back. I can't thank Rosh enough. If you are in any doubt get yourself to Rosh at the Trafford Centre and let your sparkle shine.
Ordered some products last Saturday
Ordered some products last Saturday. Delivery was attempted today - seven days later when, of course, there was nobody in. I won’t be ordering anything from these people again.

Is it only me that has such a problem?!!! My eyes are quite sensitive so I have to use Clinique products however the eye liners aren’t great?!! I prefer the proper pencil type that have to be sharpened I’m using the cream shaper for eyes but I struggle so much to sharpen them?! I’ve tried different sharpeners and it’s always the same :( clinique you don’t make my life easy :(
Poor website and payments process
Have been trying for the past half an hour to purchase a few items. The graphics are nice but everything takes a while to load and on the payments page, it’s not possible to actually finalise the order and make the payment. Either that or I’m being really stupid. Incompetent company that uses…
Incompetent company that uses antiquated AI technology for its online payment. So backward that Clinique still has not adapted the Visa Verification technology, hence declines transactions. Its whole website is dull with uninspiring offers. Products are weak and watery. Its call centres for UK are based in cheap labour countries like Serbia. Customer service reps lie to callers that Clinique has installed the Visa Verification technology, yet the banks clarified that Clinique still has not.
Too untrustworthy to use its website as it may be prone to data mining & phishing.
Disappointing - not having the effect described
I recently purchased from a department store, a range of Clinique redness solution products (cleanser, moisturiser and foundation). After daily use I have been very disappointment with the effects. My skin is feeling extremely oily, my cheeks are still the same redness as usual, and the foundation leaves a thick, greasy feeling to my skin. I spent a lot of money on these products and am saddened that they are not living up to expectations expressed by the sales consultant. I am unlikley ever to buy again.
Clinique gift cards.
I was delighted to receive a Clinique gift card for £50 at Christmas.
Februrary I took myself off to Boots for a spending treat BUT no! The card is only exchangeable online…ok…disappointed!
Online the website was difficult to navigate! after 40 minutes I gave up! Next day I phoned to order…card cannot be used to take advantage of offers! Items were out of stock, orders less than £25 incur postage charges! This card is useless to the customer …I would discourage anyone from purchasing one of these cards online…stick to Boots gift cards which are customer friendly.

Experience of Consumer Experience Advisors
I had a problem with one of the Clinique products so I sent an email. Consumer Experience Advisor was sympathetic and helpful, but the course of action seem a bit hit and miss. The first Consumer Experience Advisor requested a protracted process of sending me a bag to return the item and a long questionnaire to complete (this took a whole week to receive). After responding with further information via email as requested, a different Consumer Experience Advisor solved the problem immediately. The problem was concluded before the bag/questionnaire arrived. I am impressed and grateful for the second Consumer Experience Advisor, Beth's speedy handling of the problem.

Just tried to buy Clinique men’s…
Just tried to buy Clinique men’s skincare box online waited nearly 2 weeks for confirmation and delivery of item even after paying for item online
Ended up contacting customer services too find out why this item had not been delivered took 2 days too reply first time telling me they had no info on order
So I sent them all info on order including that item was £42 on sale online
Only too recieve an email 2 days later telling me that their had been a computer error and refund had been returned and that if I wanted order I woul d have too re-order and the price would be £84 pounds as the order was not on sale anymore after asking why I was getting charged £84 instead of £84 the reply was that they didn’t have it at £42 even after their so called computer error
Surely I should have been sent out at sale price as it was not my fault they made the so called computer mistake
My thinking Clinique made mistake putting £42 price online so just didn’t want too offer at that price
Long and short I will never use Clinique again having used it for over 20 years also my wife who is registered with Clinique will never buy from Clinique again customer service was absolutely shocking just warning anyone about ordering online with Clinique if the make a mistake they WONT give item even it is their mistake ?

Went into Brent Cross store today was greeted straight away and advised me on what foundation was suitable for my skin tone,unfortunately the foundation I wanted to buy was out of stock,I decided to see if fenwicks had the shade I needed,was not greeted and Asked the lady if she had the shade and she said it was out of stock I asked If I could order it online she stated the warehouse did not have it in stock and even if they did the store was main priority not customers,she was very rude the way she worded it
I then went back to boots and the lovely ladies ordered the foundation I needed and also gave me some free samples,I purchased a mascara as I was so happy with the service

Honestly so upset over this I ordered a gift from my little boy too his dad 9 days ago and they told me today after waiting ages too get in touch with them it was out of stock after me ordering it and getting an email saying it will be here 3 too 5 days so angry now i won't have it
Avoid
Order processed, money taken from account and confirmation of order received. Then radio silence, chased up and was told order was rejected but they didn’t bother to contact me or return my money. Avoid avoid avoid

Pathetic Service!!
Placed an order for a gift only to be told via email 5 days after that the item was out of stock and I would not be charged.The item WAS in stock when I placed it so why not offer to send it when more stock arrives?
Then a whole 2 weeks from date of order I get an apology email with a 25% discount code.Considering the product I had originally ordered was 50% off this is of no use to me.Saying that Clinique is of no further use to me as their Customer Service is pathetic and I will not be using their products again!!

This has to be the worst website ever
This has to be the worst website ever. Trying to checkout is almost impossible. After trying multiple browsers on 2 different computers (no checkout options in basket) I managed to get the checkout option on an iPhone but could not checkout with credit card (unable to process holding page) I eventually managed to pay via PayPal but had to check my account to see if payment had been taken. I now hope the items ordered are delivered as the last time I used this site was last Christmas for my wife and the order delivered was short 2 items. Shocked at how poor the website is for such a well known brand. I am a Software Test Engineer and would suggest that Clinque provide their testers with a P45 for Christmas.
